Note: the Zen Centre is the teacher's private residence so please contact her via phone or email in advance before visiting. Also make sure to tell her of any guests you would like to bring along.

Phone:   07742 979 050 (daytime, mobile phone).

Email:  london.zen.kwanum@gmail.com
Address: Illex House, Crouch Hill, Holly Park, London N4 4BY.

Directions:  Take the Victoria or Piccadilly line to Finsbury Park, then walk up Stroud Green Road (15 minutes) or take the W7 bus to the lower end of Crouch Hill (3 stops) near to Crouch Hill train station.  The Zen Centre is on the right hand side of Crouch Hill.
By bus: Take bus 24 from from Victoria, change in Camden Town, take bus 29 to Finsbury Park and change bus, take bus W7 (3 stops to Crouch Hill).

Underground:  Take the Victoria or Piccadilly line to Finsbury Park, then walk up Stroud Green Rd (15 minutes) or take the W7 bus to the lower end of Crouch Hill.  The Zen Centre is on the right hand side of Crouch Hill, in Ilex House.  Please always call in advance for detailed instructions before visiting.

Train:  The Zen Centre is close to Crouch Hill Station (see map, left: Silverlink trains only).  There are more frequent trains to Finsbury Park station: First Capital Connect services from King's Cross, Cambridge and Stevenage.

Bus:  The Zen Centre is on the W7 bus route.  From Finsbury Park, take the W7 bus towards Muswell Hill Broadway and alight at the bottom of Crouch Hill.  (You can also take the W3 bus towards Northumberland Park and alight when the bus turns right from Stroud Green road into Stapleton Hall Road.  The 210 bus towards Brent Cross Shopping Centre also passes close to the Zen Centre; get off when the bus turns left into Hanley Road.)

Air:  If arriving at London Heathrow, take the Underground Piccadilly line all the way to Finsbury Park (1.5 hours) and from there follow the directions given above.  If arriving at London Gatwick, take the Thameslink train to King's Cross or a train to  Victoria; in either case, take the Victoria line underground to Finsbury Park.  If arriving at London Luton, take the free bus to Luton Parkway station from where there are frequent trains to King's Cross.  If arriving at London Stansted, try to get a train to Tottenham Hale — this is just two stops from Finsbury Park on the Victoria line.  Otherwise, there are coaches or trains to London Liverpool Street, Stratford, or Victoria, and you then need to use the underground to get to Finsbury Park.
